Why BJP may further drop action against Jethmalani

Our Delhi sources tell us that senior BJP MP Ram Jethmalani's suspension from the party has not yet been revoked.

None of the members of the BJP Central Parliamentary Board have accepted LK Advani's suggestion to revoke the suspension of Jethmalani.

On Friday, at least three members of the Central parliamentary board of the BJP have told party president Nitin Gadkari that revoking the suspension will fan the issue and keep it alive. Gadkari was also provided with information of how Ram Jethmalani showered praise on Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Lalu Prasad Yadav.
