BSP may field a candidate from Amethi

The news from the former Gandhi bastion of Amethi is disturbing for the party. Reliable sources have told Priyanka Gandhi that Sonia and Rahul Gandhi's chances of winning at the 2014 Lok Sabha polls will be difficult. She has been told that Mayawati is likely to field a candidate from Amethi. The Samajwadi Party will however, leave the arena open to the Congress as a thanksgiving for allowing UP CM's wife Dimple Yadav get elected without a contest in 2012. Rahul Gandhi, meanwhile, is slated to pay a s visit to Amethi and Rae Bareli tomorrow.
