Just in: Army chief Bikram Singh says he will meet martyr Hemraj's family. Hemraj's wife Dharamvati, mother Meena and cousin Narendra have taken nothing but intravenous fluid as their condition deteriorated while doctors kept a close watch and examined them at regular intervals. They are on a hunger strike demanding Pakistan return the severed head of Hemraj taken away as a trophy.
