Don't show programme on gang rape: Govt to Sony TV

The information and broadcasting ministry has urged TV channel Sony to not telecast a programme on the Delhi gangrape incident.

The ministry asked Sony to not telecast the programme -- which included a reconstruction of the heinous crime -- stating that the TV channel needed to be "aware of ground realities".
