Gang rape: Delhi police tenders unconditional apology to HC

The Delhi police has tendered an unconditional apology to the High Court for presenting an unsatisfactory status report. The police has also submitted the names of all cops on duty on the night of December 16 when the gang rape took place on the bus. The report also says that the role of the PCR van is being probed.
