Update on the Delhi gang-rape hearing in the High Court. The court has observed that the chargesheet has been filed at the Saket Court hence the case will now be heard on January 31.

The court observed that of the 614 PCR vans 76 were off the road and asks the government to consider whether the number of PCR vans can be increased.
