Govt considering juvenile age as 16: Shinde

Home minister Sushil Kumar Shinde addresses the media on security. He says women's representation in police must increase, which means -- two women sub-inspectors, 10 women constables in every police station in Delhi is on the cards. "There is also a discussion underway on lowering juvenile age to 16. Police must take responsibility in protecting women. Conviction in crimes against women very low, police must be more strict," says Shinde.
