Delhi gang-rape: Police to file chargesheet today

The Delhi police will submit its 1000-page chargesheet in the brutal rape and murder case of a 23-year-old girl before a fast-track court in Saket in south Delhi today.

The chargesheet will be submitted in a sealed envelope, following which the court will hold an in-camera trial.

The statement of the braveheart given to the sub-divisional magistrate, while she was undergoing treatment at Safdarjung Hospital in the national capital, is slated to be one of the key evidence to nail the six accused in the barbaric case.
