BJP hits out at Centre over gangrape case

Accusing the Centre of being insensitive towards people's anger against the Delhi gang-rape incident, BJP leader Murli Manohar Joshi today hit out at the UPA government for not convening a special session of Parliament to discuss the need for stringent anti-rape laws.        

"Immediately after the horrific incident, our party had demanded a special session of Parliament, but the central government did not pay any heed to it," Joshi alleged.
