3 African students arrested for eve-teasing in Jalandhar

Three Rwandan students were arrested today for allegedly misbehaving with a girl in Ramamandi area here.

"The three Rwandan students of a private university were arrested after locals caught them misbehaving with a girl in market area," Assistant Commissioner of police Dalvir Singh said.

The locals caught Pacific, Egnis Delku and Tisanuma and called the police, the ACP said, adding a case under section 354 of the IPC has been registered against them.
