Delhi CM to flag off silent anti-rape march today

Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit will flag off a silent march against on women's safety today. The march is set to begin from Bal Bhawan and end at Rajghat. Cabinet ministers are expected to join the protests. The march is being organised by the Delhi commission for women.
