Meru cabs try and get passenger friendly

Meru Cab, a radio cab service provider, has upgraded its mobile website, to the HTML 5 version, making cab bookings simpler and quicker for customers on the go. What this means for you is that the website is optimized for touch screens and enables cab bookings directly and quickly from Smartphones. Your trip details -- address, details of past five trips, regular pick-up or drop addresses -- can be saved in My Favourites. Then there's the 'Track your cab' feature which enables customers who have received a booking confirmation, to track the proximity of the cab through a map on the website and keep a check on the arrival time.

Great going, only thing Meru needs to work on is not cancelling bookings at the last minute.
