Centre expected trouble after two executions, says Shinde

Union Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde said here on Sunday that the Centre was "expecting something after two executions [Ajmal Kasab's in November 2012 and Afzal Guru's earlier this month]' and it was sending out alerts.
