Sushma: Centre's responsibility doesn't end with informing states

Sushma's statement was interrupted by the deputy speaker, asking her to be keep her statement concise. Sushma erupted, "How can I keep it concise when 16 people have died and 117 have been injured?   

She asks if the Centre's responsibility ends with just informing the states about impending terror attacks. "The Centre has to help the states as well. The home minister needs to explain what steps are being taken to prevent such instances," she said.

Kamal Nath says the government is ready for a discussion on the blasts, but amid the ruckus, the house was adjourned till 3.30 pm. Shinde set to speak in Rajya Sabha, but the house was adjourned a well, since Shinde is in the Lok Sabha.
