Radioactive material stolen from van in Britain

The Sun reports: The police are hunting thieves after a canister of radioactive material was stolen from the back of a van, in Lancashire.

Alarmingly, it contains the same radioactive substance which can be used to make dirty bombs.

The police have issued an urgent appeal after the van driver discovered the one ft-long yellow case holding the Iridium-192 was missing early this morning.
