Namdhari faces charges of murder, kidnapping

Uttarakhand minorities panel chief S S Namdhari and nine others have been charge-sheeted for offences of murder, conspiracy, kidnapping, illegal confinement, trespass and destruction of evidence.

The court has taken cognisance of the charge-sheet and issued a production warrant against Namdhari and nine others for February 19.
