ARSS Chairman Subhash Agarwal kidnapped

ARSS Chairman Subhash Agarwal has been reportedly kidnapped from Bhubaneswar. Four people have been arrested in connection with the incident, said media reports.

However, Agarwal has not yet been traced. The police have found his abandoned car.

According to police officials, Agarwal was kidnapped over a Rs 5 crore contract dispute.
