Just in: Paralympian Oscar Pistorius breaks down in court as he is formally charged with the murder of his South African girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp. The "Blade Runner", a double amputee who became one of the biggest names in world athletics, was charged in a Pretoria court today. The global sports star broke down in tears as the prosecutor charged him with murder.
