Supplementary chargesheet likely in gangrape case tomorrow

The Delhi police is likely to file a supplementary charge-sheet tomorrow in the gangrape case relating to the robbing of Ramadhar Singh, a vegetable seller, before the accused assaulted the girl in a moving bus on December 16, 2012.

The six accused had allegedly robbed Ramadhar of his day's earnings after luring him into the bus. 

The juvenile, who was acting as the conductor, has been named in this case and a separate charge-sheet will be filed against him before the Juvenile Justice Board. 

Ramadhar, a resident of Sangam Vihar in South Delhi was returning home from the RK Puram market where he used to sell vegetables. He was lured into the bus and was robbed by the accused persons who took away Rs 700 and a mobile phone from the hapless man. 

The police later recovered the looted amount and the mobile phone from the accused.
