Home Secy: Afzal's family can offer prayers at grave

Home Secretary RK Singh has said that Afzal Guru's family can come and offer prayers at his grave and his belongings will be given to them. The jail authorities will decide the date of his visit. Guru was executed on Saturday morning for the attack on the Parliament 11 years ago.
