Just in: Azam Khan, who is in-charge of the Kumbh Mela resigns, taking responsibility for the stampede that led to 36 deaths.The Uttar Pradesh government has blamed the Railways for the tragedy. Minister in charge for the Mahakumbh, Azam Khan, had said, "The UP government's responsiblity was restricted to the mela venue only."
