J-K postmaster: Curfew delayed Afzal speed post

The chief postmaster of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday said that the speed post, containing the letter from Tihar jail on Afzal Guru's execution meant for his family, had been received on Saturday afternoon but was not delivered because of the curfew. The family received the letter at 11 am today, though curfew is still clamped in the valley for the third day.
