Farooq Abdullah: Afzal hanging secrecy pains me

Union Energy Minister and former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Farooq Abdullah today said the secrecy behind Afzal Guru's execution pained him. He said the Centre must explain the reason behind the secrecy and why he was executed in such a manner. "It pains me that the Afzal Guru's family was not given a chance to meet him one last time. There is a question of a man dying being allowed to meet his family for one last time," said Abdullah.
