Cong Core Committee to meet this evening

Later in the day the Congress Core Committee is expected to meet. Three major issues on the agenda:
1. Home minister Sushil Kumar Shinde's comments on terrorists in BJP
and RSS office
2. Deputy Rajya Sabha chairperson P J Kurien's name cropping up in the Suryanelli gang-rape case and the protests instigated by senior leaders
of the Congress in Kerala, and,
3. Minster of State for Railways Adhir Ranjan Choudhary booked for vandalising the district magistrate's house.

Then there is the recent controversy about Solictor General Rohinton Nariman's resignation, an apparent fallout with Law Minister Ashwini Kumar. Apparently, lots to discuss over tea and biscuits.
