The Supreme Court questions the CBI for its delay in filing an appeal against the Allahabad High Court verdict on the dropping of conspiracy charges against senior BJP leader LK Advani and others in the Babri Masjid case. The SC also turns down the CBI's plea to file a fresh affidavit in the case.
