Aam Admi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal will not be arrested, rules a Delhi court. The next hearing is on February 23. In August last year, Kejriwal and his associates led a demonstration towards Dr Manmohan Singh's home demanding his resignation over an alleged coal scam in violation of Section 144 of the IPC.
