Delhi rape: Fast-track court to frame charges today

A special fast-track court is today likely to frame charges against five men accused of gang-raping and murdering a student in Delhi last month.

The prosecution has asked for the suspects to be charged for murder, gang-rape, robbery and conspiracy under the Indian Penal Code.
