No AAP minister will use the red beacon: Kejriwal

No minister or official in the Delhi government will use the red beacon, as per the decision of first meeting of the Cabinet presided by CM Arvind Kejriwal.

Other decisions taken at the meeting include: No PSO and escort vehicle will be provided to officials. Security will be allowed only based on a threat perception.There will be no witch hunt against bureaucrats.
