Actor Farooq Sheikh dies of heart attack in Dubai

Veteran actor Farooque Sheikh died of a heart attack in Dubai in the early hours of Saturday. He was 65.

Best known for his work in brilliant films like Chashme Badoor, Katha and Shatranj Ke Khiladi, Sheikh has worked with some of the best directors like Satyajit Ray, Hrishikesh Mukherjee and Sai Paranjpye.

A National Award winner (for his 2010 film Lahore), Sheikh was recently seen in films like Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewana and his last film, Club 60.
