With hours left before Arvind Kejriwal becomes the Chief Minister of Delhi, a wave of panic is swirling through Delhi's government departments, leaving shredded paper in its wake.

A sting operation by Headlines Today has revealed incriminating files being quietly destroyed, dubious documents being shredded, and suspicious data being discretely erased in Delhi government offices.

The team equipped with sting cameras carried out operation into the offices of ministers at Delhi Secretariat near ITO and at the office of Delhi Jal Board (DJB).

Incidentally, Sheila Dikshit was also the DJB chairperson.

Former minister Arvinder Singh Lovely's officer on special duty (OSD) was found busy destroying files and documents by the operation.

Lovely now says he has nothing to do with the documents. "I have not stepped into office since the code of conduct has been implemented," says Lovely.
