On Christmas, Pope prays for peace in Syria, South Sudan

In his first Christmas address, Pope Francis has called for peace in several conflict-torn regions across the world, including South Sudan and Syria.

The Argentinian Pope called for humanitarian aid in Syria, harmony in South Sudan and divine aid for child soldiers in the Central African Republic.

The Pope also urged non-Catholics to pray for peace in the violence-torn countries.
