Sisodia says 74 per cent of the people who have voted on the referendum through text messages want AAP to form the government in Delhi.

Nearly seven lakh people responded to the referendum on whether AAP should form the government.

Kejriwal announces that on the basis of the referendum, AAP is ready to from the government in Delhi. "I am going to the L-G to inform him that AAP is ready to form the government," says Kejriwal.

Sisodia says Keriwal will be the chief minister.
