Gay right judgement: Govt moves SC for review

Centre files review petition in Supreme Court against its verdict making gay sex criminal offence under sec 377 of IPC.

The SC had overruled a high court order that decriminalised gay sex. SC ruled gay sex as unnatural under Section 377.

The Centre wants an open court hearing on the matter.
