The Home Ministry is seeking the opinion of the Law Ministry for sending a Presidential reference to Supreme Court in Justice (retd) A K Ganguly's case, says Sushilkumar Shinde

Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde says the Centre is willing to give some more time to the Aam Aadmi Party on issue of government formation in Delhi. He has asked the Lt Governor how much time has that party sought.

On the Gujarat snooping case the home minster says his ministry is examining the case and a decision on conducting a probe will be taken soon.
