Indira Jaising refuses to back down

The details of allegedly transpired between the law intern and Justice AK Ganguly was released by Indira Jaising, the Additional Solicitor General of India.
Jaising wrote an open letter to Justice AK Ganguly who is currently accused of sexually harassing an intern in December last year.
The open letter, published in the Indian Express, quotes sections of the affidavit submitted by the intern before the 3-judge committee formed to look into the allegations.
This is the second instance where the ASG has taken a clear, and public, stance against Justice Ganguly who continues to chair the West Bengal Human Rights Commission.
Last week, the ASG had asked the Prime Minister of India to initiate removal proceedings against the retired Supreme Court judge.
