BJP demands Justice Ganguly's head

In the Lok Sabha, the leader of the opposition, Sushma Swaraj making a statement on Justice AK Ganguly. She says the retired Supreme Court judge should step down from the West Bengal Human Rights Commission or should be sacked. She says the powerful must be punished so that others are taught a lesson.
Justice Ganguly is accused of sexually harassing a law intern. The TMC says it also supports the BJP and wants Justice Ganguly to step down immediately. The rest of the MPs raise slogans: "We want justice."
This is the first time that the BJP has raised the issue of Justice Ganguly in Parliament.
Telangana MPs continue to protest and the house is adjourned till noon. So, both houses to meet at 12 pm.
