Additional solicitor general Indira Jaising writes to PM Dr Manmohan Singh demanding action against former Supreme Court justice AK Ganguly. She says Ganguly must quit after a three-judge committee indicted him of committing an "act of unwelcome behaviour" and "conduct of sexual nature" towards a woman law intern. The committee had dropped any further action since he was a retired judge on the day of the incident.
