Cobrapost sting op to unmask 'corrupt' netas today
December 12, 2013  09:57
Watch out for yet another controversial expose from Cobrapost on 11 Members of Parliament who were willing to issue recomendatory letters for a fictitious Australian oil exploration company for money.

That investigation report comes out at 3:30 pm. So watch this space...

Recently, Cobrapost, in partnership with another investigative website Gulail, had exposed the aggressive and illegal surveillance mounted by Amit Shah, former minister of state for home and close aide of Narendra Modi, on a young woman. The two websites brought out several dozen telephone conversations between Shah and IPS officer G L Singhal, who was arrested in a fake encounter case, on the surveillance.

Cobrapost also recently screened a sting operation, called Operation Blue Virus, showing that several information technology companies were misusing social media platforms such as the Facebook and Twitter to artificially boost politicians' popularity and destroy rivals' reputations.
