Indira Jaising: SC has lost historical opportunity to expand constitutional values

Additional Solicitor General Indira Jaising on the SC verdict on homosexuality says the historical opportunity to expand constitutional values has been lost. She said it was was surprising that the court which does a judicial review on many issues has put the ball in the court of Parliament to decide on homosexuality.
