Senior Congress leader and Rajya Sabha MP Mani Shankar Aiyar sets off a time bomb. Speaking to CNN IBN he said that the time has come for the Congress to sit in opposition and reinvent itself. It's best to lose and plan ahead, he said and added that the decision to make Dr Manmohan Singh PM should have been reversed.

Aiyar, who has always been a staunch Rajiv Gandhi supporter says it is time to return to the politics of Rajiv Gandhi -- the return to Panchayat Raj.
