Jagan Reddy met many MPs across parties in the Central Hall of Parliament today to garner support for his move not to bifurcate Andhra Pradesh.

President Pranab Mukherjee to refer the union cabinet decision to bifurcate Andhra Pradesh to the state assembly. The assembly has given 42 days to deliberate.

On her birthday today, Sonia Gandhi, was greeted by Harsmirat Kaur Badal, daughter-in-law of Prakash Singh Badal. Jagan Reddy, who was present did not acknowledge her.
