Sheila Dikshit watches TV after many moons

In Delhi, Sheila Dikshi is apparantly watching TV after a week, according to a staffer at her residence. The CM had told the Indian Express that she had been staying away from the TV "noise".

Arvind Kejriwal is taking on the Delhi chief minister from the New Delhi constituency. If Dikshit wins, this will be her fourth term as CM.
