Why is the Telangana Bill a secret, asks BJP

A correspondent from Delhi reports: The BJP has demanded that the draft Bill on Telangana, which has been sent to the Andhra Pradesh assembly, be circulated to all Members of Parliament.

The saffron party has sought to know the reason behind the secrecy surrounding the Bill and why MPs were not allowed to study it.

On Monday, BJP leader Sushma Swaraj will raise the issue of Telangana in the Lok Sabha and blame the government for keeping the Opposition in the dark.
