Memorial scam: Action will be taken against guilty, says CM

Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav today said his government was not interfering with the ongoing inquiry into the alleged memorial scam during the regime of the Mayawati government in Uttar Pradesh.

Action would be taken against all those found guilty, he said.

"You all have seen what was done in the name of construction of memorials (during the BSP regime). Action will be taken against those found guilty. The government is not interfering with the inquiry," Yadav said.
