Inquiry panel finds merit in sexual harrasment charge against Justice Ganguly

A three-judge inquiry panel appointed to probe a law intern's allegations of sexual harassment against retired Supreme Court judge A K Ganguly has reportedly concluded that there is evidence to support her allegations, reports The Times of India.

A fact-finding committee comprising Justices R M Lodha, H L Dattu and Ranjana Prakash Desai, after examining statements of both the law graduate and the retired judge and going through evidence tendered by her, supports the complainant's version, the report said.
