Talking to the media ahead of casting her vote said Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit said, "Our government is responsible for the overall development in New Delhi -- both infrastructural and social. We will get vote on consistent and inclusive development. We have made Delhi the best place. All these corruption charges are false."

When asked to show the victory sign she refused and laughed saying, "That would be too premature."
