LIVE! Delhi polls: 7000 names missing from voters list

On the eve of the December 4 Delhi assembly polls, the Delhi Election Commission Tuesday sent text messages to people, reminding them to cast their ballots. The messages from the Delhi's Chief Electoral Office read: "Delhi goes to polls on 4 December, 2013 -- don't forget to exercise your rights."

So far, names of 7000 voters are missing from the list.
Till 1 pm, 34 per cent turnout has been recorded.
