Asaram unwell, not running away, says son

As the police await to arrest Asaram Bapu his son Narayan Sai said, "Asaram Bapu is unwell. Doctors are attending to him at the moment. Is is not running away. As soon as he recovers he will head to Jodhpur."

"All allegations of rape against Asaram Bapu are baseless," he added.

Sai also apologised to the media for the attack on journalists by Asaram's supporters.
