August 30, 2013  11:57
This is what happened in the Lok Sabha today. As soon as the House met, Congress and TDP members from Seemandhra region trooped into the Well raising placards which read - "Save Andhra Pradesh". "We want united Andhra Pradesh", TDP members shouted as Speaker Meira Kumar was about to take up Question Hour.

These are the same MPs who were suspended for disrupting the proceedings of the House last week. Their suspension ended today.
Congress members from the Seemandhra also raised the same demand.

Simultaneously, AIADMK members entered the Well shouting slogans accusing the government of not taking adequate steps to save Tamil Nadu fishermen from alleged attacks by Sri Lankan Navy.

As uproar continued, the Speaker adjourned the House till noon
