The PM says the Opposition has collective responsibility to build investor confidence. He says the Opposition has not allowed the Parliament to function session after session.

He says the Indian economy is not back to the situation in 1991. Our fundamentals are much stronger, he says addressing questions raised by CPI-M's Sitaram Yechury earlier.
